Hey Makers

Mother’s Day is just around the corner and if you haven’t ordered a gift yet it’s time to get creative! Before you run out to buy a last-minute bouquet, consider making some felt forever flowers.

These continuous cut spiral flowers are a breeze to assemble and are even easier to customize. Make a bouquet, a wreath, or use individual flowers as a stand-alone decoration to embellish a present. The possibilities are endless!

For this project you will need:

  • Hot Glue
  • Felt Flowers and Leaves (come in and cut these with us, or request a kit!)
  1. Pick a spiral cut flower base to begin.
  2. Starting with the outer end of your spiral, roll up your flower.
  3. Continue until the whole spiral is rolled, leaving only the circle on the end unrolled.
  4. Apply a small amount of hot glue to the base and carefully press the circle into place to secure everything.
  5. You can make a huge variety of flower styles.
  6. (Optional) Add leaves or vines as embellishments!
