We’re live (and recorded) on Twitch. Some of you might be asking, “What is Twitch?”
Twitch is a popular live video streaming platform where anyone can show off their hobbies, projects, and skills. At the start, it was mostly used by video gamers and for esports competitions. Now it offers everything from music to cooking to fun stuff at your library!
Yes, head to our Twitch page at the designated time and you can watch DPL staff play board games, video games, read books to you, and more! You don’t need an account, and all episodes are available on our Twitch page for seven days following the livestream.
We stream board game demos on the first Tuesday of every month at 7 PM, and video game demos on the third Wednesday at 7 PM. Our Lunchtime Listens series, where staff members read to you, goes out weekly on Mondays at 1:30 PM.
