WHO is eligible?

Meeting rooms are available for non-profit, community, civic, cultural, educational organizations, and local government agencies and elected officials.

Rooms are not available for commercial use, social gatherings, private events or fund-raising. All meetings must be free and open to the public.

The applicant must be:

  • at least 18 years of age and in attendance at the meeting.
  • a Deerfield Public Library cardholder (home library). Exceptions: Tax-supported agencies (government, education, social services).

WHEN are requests accepted?

For December-February:     begins October 1
For March-May:        begins January 1
For June-August:        begins April 1
For September-November:    begins July 1

All categories must be filled for submission. This is just the initial request, it is understood that details are not final.
