Family history research can be time-consuming but extremely rewarding. There’s nothing quite like discovering a female ancestor’s maiden name, allowing you access to an entire new branch of your family, or discovering the records that confirm your ancestor’s profession. But sometimes you can get stuck and don’t know where to go to find out more.
This is where we come in! On May 6, we’re offering virtual genealogy sessions where we can help try and get you through the block you’ve encountered in your research. In these 30 minute sessions, we can help cover one research question or delve into resources that can help you find out more about a part of your family.
Sign up for any of our available time slots below on Thursday, May 6.
If you have any genealogy questions in the meantime, feel free to reach out to me directly! I can be reached at ajamieson@deerfieldlibrary.org.
