Update 8/2:
Due to the substantial transmission rate of COVID-19 in Lake County, the Deerfield Public Library will now require all persons 2 years and older to wear a mask inside the building. This is required regardless of vaccination status, and is effective immediately.
The Library’s updated mask requirement follows the recommendations of Lake County Health Department, the State of Illinois, and CDC Guidelines.
If you are uncomfortable wearing a mask or entering the library building, we encourage you to take advantage of our Curbside Pickup service or our large collections of downloadable and streaming materials.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us keep the Deerfield Public Library community safe and healthy!
